Due to the car having to be kept overnight, I had to get public transport from and too the Williams service centre, which in total took approx 4 hours. To give a completely satisfied score, it would be good to get an overnight courtesy car or a lift.

Polite and friendly reception staff who were very helpful from the moment I dropped my car off to my return for collection. They also contacted me when the car was ready, which was within the time they had advised me.

So much better than my experience at Halliwell Jones, who damaged my car and denied it. I drove all the way from Chester to Liverpool to avoid using them and I'm very glad I did. Williams staff were polite and professional - a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent service provided all round by Olivia. My car needed a new front tyre and Olivia was able to sort this out on the day. My car was ready to be picked up at the agreed time of 5pm. A hassle free experience and car is now running well again.
