BMW Colleague was not aware why I was told to bring-in both sets my car keys. I assumed this was for charging of key batteries? I left my keys with the BMW colleague. I do not know if the car keys were 'serviced'.

It would be good to do a fluid check, when the car is in for a service. It wasn't done on my car. Ran out of washer water next day. Not the end of the world, but annoying al the same. As I spent £380.00 with you.

I was satisfied with the service but disappointed that that the tyre insurance was only £250 and the cost of the tyre was £402 which is very expensive and no doubt cheaper elsewhere.

We went to have service on 14 Feb 2024 but the alert "Tyre pressure monitor (RDC) failure" popped out. We have checked the tyres' pressure and are all good. We tried to reset it but failed. Yet, we cant send the car to service until next appt in May.

Car under warranty still and you wanted to charge a fee to check noisy brakes even though it was in for a service, inspection and MOT. Also the service warning was not reset for the brake fluid change and the mot. So we had to return to reset this
