An incorrect car was ordered in error by a former member of staff. Raazi was upfront about this and offered all the solutions he could. I chose to wait for a new build and they sorted the admin side with no bother.

Very professional and friendly at the same time. I can't remember the Gentleman's name at the front desk but he is very efficient and runs a good show. I dealt with Helen over my car and she is a real credit to BMW, very satisfied indeed with her.

It feels like BMW have not connected the rear boot lock to the cluster and want to charge £144 for a diagnostic they have caused.

When I first reported the fault and asked if I could take the vehicle there because it was unsafe to drive, the dealership wasn't very helpful. BMW assist recovered the vehicle and once it was at the dealership, it was returned to me within 4 days.

On the way to pick my car up I received a text to pay my bill via a link. I arrived, Helen mentioned the link, said in this day and age of scams I don't pay anything on my phone. I said customers need to be told this when they book their cars in. ??
