Don't appreciate being lied to. Not our fault that we purchased a bmw that needed a recall and there was no flexibility around my time. I had been to bmw for a repair on a Saturday before (my only time off work) and I wasn't able to have this again.

Scott was really helpful and explained what needed to be done to fix my car. He arranged a courtesy car for the duration of the works and kept me well informed. The technician videos are really informative, but the works and pricing hard to navigate.

I can never be completely satisfied with the labour and parts costs. I struggle for example to understand why a run flat tyre costs nearly £190 at Williams but is £60 cheaper if I go to one of the many tyre suppliers/ fitters.

A price of £1320 was advised for a mirror repair parts from yourselves cost £125, including vat I changed the mirror back myself it took 15 minutes a price of £86 advised for ad blu I bought from a shell garage for £10

They checked my car in and didn't even offer to call me a taxi to get home. I was left standing for 40 minutes while a family member drove into the city centre to collect me and my youngest son's car seat and pram, it was all very distressing

Look there's no point telling me there's an electric fault I bought the car with it? You plug it in then tell me there's a fault, and what? If you'd have said there's an issue with the rear camera, it was picked up on a health check this is the issue

Carly was great, she called me multiple times and updated me with the progress of the vehicle. The day for collection was actually on her day off so all paperwork was organised for my arrival with her colleague.

when i first picked my car up from the showroom car had not been valeted also i was told it had a full tank of fuel there was 12 miles left in it so there is the first problem then first service nothing again

The issue is not service of the car, it is very sad to deposit your car keys to a machine and at the same time there is someone who is explaining that service department will contact you when the car is ready, so why don't l give keys to this person.

My only complaint is the car was booked in for 11am appointment for MOT. My car was not touched until 14.10 when it was taken to the workshop. So I had been sitting in your lounge area over 3 hours. Why have timed apts if nobody sticks to them???
