When I first reported the fault and asked if I could take the vehicle there because it was unsafe to drive, the dealership wasn't very helpful. BMW assist recovered the vehicle and once it was at the dealership, it was returned to me within 4 days.

On the way to pick my car up I received a text to pay my bill via a link. I arrived, Helen mentioned the link, said in this day and age of scams I don't pay anything on my phone. I said customers need to be told this when they book their cars in. ??
