Service was fantastic. I was given test drive of car and also provided with complimentary drinks. The car was delivered quickly to the garage and when I arrived I was shown around the car and shown clearly how to use the features and app.

Been there twice beige for dam issue previously fixed u see warranty, fixed symptom not cause third time compressor broke as well as bellows, this must he a been underlying fault all along but not identified previously

Service was supposed to include a valet, the car wash was very poor with missed areas and water streaks all over the car.

It was very easy to book an appointment via phone and they gave me the earliest date available which fit around my schedule. Williams also honoured a 20% off service deal that they informed me about a number of weeks prior to me booking.

The customer service was faultless, I dealt with Scott Davies, he was lovely and approachable. I turned up later then planned and it wasn't a issue and everything still got resolved on my car.

Again overall happy, as the curtsey car was extended when the work went into a second day due to you not having a part in. I have reduced the score as you had the car for 2 days and it was not washed or vacuumed as it has been other times.

Simple process to book my car in. I did not receive the complimentary clean and vacuum as mentioned in our phone call. Loan car had a strong smell of vomit. I have found out that a brake fluid change is due next month. This could have have been done.

Most definitely not as good an experience as Haliwell Jones Southport. The car had a fault and was allowed to leave this shouldn't have happened. Also the car wasn't cleaned even though the car was picked up @ 4pm, and had been booked in for 6 weeks.

As mentioned previously there was no communication between the Centre and Williams as to the cost of the examination, hence if someone had been taking the car on my behalf they could have been charged the higher amount.

I dropped my vehicle off at opening time of 08:30 and did not get told a collection time. I eventually got through after a couple of phone calls saying 1700. Whilst getting the train over I got a phone call saying it was running late.
