Going to pick a new car, such as bmw, it's about creating an experience. The enviroment, staff being able to have a cold drink on hit day. Revealing the car is also lovy touch

Excellent service from Ahamed Raazi at the service Centre in Liverpool. He was attentive and spent a lot of time with me showing me the details of the new car. We had an issue after picking up the car, but this was sorted quickly by Raazi.

Very welcoming service centre. The service from front of house is excellent, coffee/refreshments promptly offered in the waiting area, the catering bar is spotlessly clean and well stocked.
