I waited recently for my car to be MOT'd. I was looked after considerably well. Checking I was ok, if I needed anything. Also provided with several drinks. Not once did I need to help myself.

Easy parking, met and greeted at the door by a nice bloke who showed me to a seat and got me a coffee. Checked in with Errol, another nice friendly bloke. He advised the time the car should be ready, and beat the estimated time by 15 mins.

BMW Colleague was not aware why I was told to bring-in both sets my car keys. I assumed this was for charging of key batteries? I left my keys with the BMW colleague. I do not know if the car keys were 'serviced'.

Following a very friendly welcome things deteriorated quickly as Helen 1st challenged the validity of my pre-paid service voucher, then wrongly stated new rear brake pads needed (16k miles!), I could go on. Finally 4.5 hrs waiting when advised 1.5hrs

It would be good to do a fluid check, when the car is in for a service. It wasn't done on my car. Ran out of washer water next day. Not the end of the world, but annoying al the same. As I spent £380.00 with you.

I was satisfied with the service but disappointed that that the tyre insurance was only £250 and the cost of the tyre was £402 which is very expensive and no doubt cheaper elsewhere.

We went to have service on 14 Feb 2024 but the alert "Tyre pressure monitor (RDC) failure" popped out. We have checked the tyres' pressure and are all good. We tried to reset it but failed. Yet, we cant send the car to service until next appt in May.

The brake service was good but the car was not cleaned before I reach which was told during handover of the key. When I told to clean it's for the sake cleaned from outside not at all cleaned from inside the car.
