Easy parking, met and greeted at the door by a nice bloke who showed me to a seat and got me a coffee. Checked in with Errol, another nice friendly bloke. He advised the time the car should be ready, and beat the estimated time by 15 mins.

I waited recently for my car to be MOT'd. I was looked after considerably well. Checking I was ok, if I needed anything. Also provided with several drinks. Not once did I need to help myself.

BMW Colleague was not aware why I was told to bring-in both sets my car keys. I assumed this was for charging of key batteries? I left my keys with the BMW colleague. I do not know if the car keys were 'serviced'.

We went to have service on 14 Feb 2024 but the alert "Tyre pressure monitor (RDC) failure" popped out. We have checked the tyres' pressure and are all good. We tried to reset it but failed. Yet, we cant send the car to service until next appt in May.
